GNU Free Documentation License Do you hate wallpaper borders on the top of the wall by the ceiling? Q. Am I the only one who sees wallpaper borders that are placed up by the ceiling as tacky? I feel this way because it looks like you couldn't cut in with the paint properly so you just put up a border. Also, I have heard that Interior decorators dislike them placed up high too. I went to a model home and they had a border in the middle of the wall with coordinating wallpaper above and below it. I like that, but up near the ceiling yuck!
