How do you get rid of a stalker who lives above you?
Q. There's a freek that lives in the apartment above me that constantly watches me and my kids. He also wants to know all about my personal life. What would you do to get rid of him, other than speak to the management and police?

A. Document each incident during which he made you uncomfortable. If something happens later on down the road this will become really important in establishing a patten of behavior. Tell him you are not comfortable with his behavior when he does something that makes you concerned. Tell your kids not to go anywhere near this neighbor, to walk away if approached by him and never ever let this man in your apartment. Have a conversation with management. It doesn't have to be the "kick this creep out" talk but at least make them aware of the situation. A restraining order is pointless, he lives right there so it's not like he can avoid you at all times if he wanted to and the police are not likely to get involved until something bad happens.… [cont.]

Q. Am looking for a highschool classmate who now resides in Canada. Have no idea where she lives or if she is already married. Are there any free websites to help me find her? Are reported cases of remembered past lives usually in the same country or cultural group?
Q. When children reportedly remember past lives, how much of that do you think is due to cultural learning? Are there cases of remembered past lives in different countries, or even (if life on other planets exists) elsewhere?

A. From my reading there does seem to be some cultural issues. It is difficult to place these in proper perspective. For instance people in western cultures (US & Europe) don't accept this phenomena so it is often discouraged in children and rarely reported to researchers. On the other hand in India it is readily believed and parents go to some length to see if they can confirm their childrens reports. The best work to date on this subject was done by Ian Stevenson, M.D. (deceased) and his work continues at the University of Virginia (link below). Psi
